The GSSSB Recruitment 2026 is announced for 321 Junior Pharmacist (Class-3) posts (increased from 209). Selected candidates will receive a fixed pay of Rs. 40,800/- per month for the first five years. After satisfactory completion of five years, the pay scale will be Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 (Level-5) as per the 7th Pay Commission, subject to the outcome of relevant SLPs. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D OR Diploma in Pharmacy with about two years’ prescribed experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• Registration with Gujarat State Pharmacy Council at the time of appointment.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years.
• Maximum Age: 35 Years (as on 30 December 2025).
• Age Relaxation: As per Gujarat Civil Services rules.
